Delicious gluten-free breakfast salad featuring raspberries, strawberries, and orange - a healthy start to your day!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp pepitas
  • 2 tsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tsp natural almonds, chopped
  • 1 small orange, peeled, white pith removed, sliced
  • 60g fresh raspberries
  • 60g strawberries, hulled, halved
  • 125g (1/2 cup) natural yoghurt
Instructions:
  • Mix pepitas, sunflower seeds, and almonds together.
  • Place the orange slices, raspberries, and strawberries in an elegant bowl. Drizzle with creamy yogurt and generously sprinkle the seed mixture on top.
