Indulge in a luscious citrus and berry parfait.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 1 tablespoon orange-flavored liqueur
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
  • 3 cups sliced strawberries
Instructions:
  • Combine sour cream, powdered sugar, orange peel, liqueur in a bowl; mix well. Gently fold in whipped topping.
  • Prepare individual servings by layering a dollop of 1/3 cup orange cream and 3/4 cup strawberries in dessert dishes - start with 2 tablespoons cream, then add half of the berries, another 2 tablespoons cream, the remaining berries, and finish with the rest of the cream. Chill until ready to serve. For an extra touch, top each dish with sliced berries. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
