Make a speedy and tasty clam and artichoke chowder in just 15 minutes using Progresso™ artichoke hearts and sliced mushrooms.
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (14 oz) Progresso™ artichoke hearts
  • 1 jar (4.5 oz) sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cans (18.5 oz each) Progresso™ Traditional New England clam chowder
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Dash salt
  • Dash pepper
Instructions:
  • Quarter the artichokes and drain the mushrooms.
  • Combine all ingredients, except for salt and pepper, in a 3-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
