Savory one-pot dish with clams, bacon, and potatoes - the perfect blend of flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 20g butter
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 225g diced bacon or smoked bacon ribs
  • 500ml milk
  • 250ml chicken stock
  • 250ml cream
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 200g can clams, drained
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh parsley
  • Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • In a large pan over medium heat, melt the butter until it's bubbling and fragrant. Add the onion, stir occasionally, and let it cook until soft and translucent.
  • Combine the potatoes and bacon or ribs for enhanced flavor with the added bones.
  • Stir and cook on low heat until golden brown for approximately 30 minutes.
  • Combine milk, stock, cream, garlic, and clams in a pot and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Stir in parsley, season with pepper, and serve.
