Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 large tomatoes, diced
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 (6.5 ounce) can minced clams, with juice
  • 0.5 pound linguine pasta
  • 0.5 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add tomatoes, parsley, and garlic; simmer for about 5 minutes until reduced. Add clam juice if needed.
  • Bring a large pot of gently salted water to a boil. Cook pasta for 3 minutes or until al dente, then drain.
