Elevate fast food with zesty Pacific salmon seasoned with Clamato®, garlic, jalapeño, and basil for a delicious twist.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium red onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 fresh jalapeno chile, seeded and minced
  • 0.5 bunch cilantro, chopped fine
  • 0.5 bunch basil, chopped fine
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1.5 cups Clamato® Tomato Cocktail
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 salmon fillets
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sizzle olive oil and toss in onions, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro, and basil for 3-5 minutes. Stir in lime juice and Clamato®, bring to a boil, then lower the heat, cover, and simmer gently.
  • Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, immerse them in flavorful Clamato® broth, and cook for 9-12 minutes. Serve alongside fragrant white rice and a medley of colorful vegetables.
