Irresistibly moist pound cake baked in a convenient loaf pan for easy slicing and serving.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch baking soda
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and prepare an 8x4-inch loaf pan by greasing and flouring it.
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Then, mix in sour cream and eggs until well combined. Add flour and a pinch of soda, mixing until just combined. Finally, pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, approximately 1 hour.
