Elevate your pancakes with cocoa, coconut milk, and flax seed. Top with butter and syrup for a delicious twist!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.33333334326744 cup flax seeds
  • 1.5 cups coconut milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, flax seeds, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Mix in coconut milk, egg, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until batter is smooth.
  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Spoon batter onto the griddle to make 4-inch circles. Cook until bubbles form and edges are dry, about 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and brown the other side for 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with rest of the batter.
