Elevate your prawn dish with a flavorful gluten-free coconut cashew herb dip.
Ingredients:
  • 165ml can coconut milk
  • 125.00 ml raw cashews
  • 62.50 ml fresh basil leaves
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh chives
  • 20.00 ml fresh tarragon leaves
  • 14.40 gm honey
  • 1 long green chilli, roughly chopped, plus extra sliced chilli, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a blender or small food processor, combine coconut milk, cashews, basil, chives, tarragon, honey, lemon juice, and chili. Season generously with salt and pepper. Blend until velvety smooth. Garnish with extra chili before serving.
