Delicious coconut cinnamon rice cereal for a perfect morning pick-me-up.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon sweet cream butter
  • 0.5 cup brown rice
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Heat butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until it turns a light brown color, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Blend uncooked rice in a blender until grains are broken. Add to butter and cook, stirring until lightly browned, for about 5 minutes.
  • Combine creamy coconut milk, refreshing water, sweet sugar, and aromatic cinnamon in a bowl to create a delightful mixture; slowly incorporate it into the rice while stirring continuously.
  • Cover the saucepan and let the rice simmer on low heat until tender, about 20 minutes.
