This recipe is irresistibly moist and bursting with flavor - a definite crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) can sweetened cream of coconut
  • 1 (16 ounce) package confectioners' sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13 inch pan by greasing and flouring it.
  • Combine cake mix, oil, eggs, sour cream, and cream of coconut in a medium bowl until fully blended. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Place the dish in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Let it cool before serving.
  • Prepare the frosting while the cake cools by combining confectioners sugar, cream cheese, and milk in a medium bowl. Mix in the vanilla. Frost the cooled cake and sprinkle with coconut.
