Ingredients:
  • 1 (13.5 ounce) can coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 cups light corn syrup
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup shredded sweetened coconut
Instructions:
  • Combine coconut milk and cornstarch in a saucepan, whisking until cornstarch dissolves. Add corn syrup, sugar, and coconut; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Once boiling, remove from heat and cool before serving.
