Ingredients:
  • 530.00 gm rice milk
  • 41.25 gm flaked coconut
  • 10.00 gm caster sugar
  • pinch ground nutmeg
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over gentle heat, simmer milk, coconut, and sugar until almost boiling, about 5 minutes. Let it sit for 2 minutes before proceeding.
  • Pass the mixture through a sieve, pressing with a spoon, into a heatproof jug. Discard the coconut pulp, then pour into warmed glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg before serving.
