Simple coffee cake with yellow cake mix, brown sugar, and walnut streusel.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.75 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch casserole dish for easy release of your delicious creation.
  • In a bowl, combine yellow cake mix, vanilla pudding mix, milk, vegetable oil, eggs, butter, and vanilla extract. Pour half of the batter into the greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Combine brown sugar, walnuts, and cinnamon in a bowl; sprinkle over batter in the casserole dish. Pour the rest of the batter over the walnut mixture.
  • Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, approximately 40 minutes in the preheated oven.
