Indulgent coffee gelatin topped with fluffy whipped cream, a delightful treat reminiscent of a Japanese dining experience.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 3 (.25 ounce) envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
  • 3 cups hot brewed coffee
  • 1.3333333730698 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup sweetened whipped cream for garnish
Instructions:
  • Combine sugar and gelatin in a saucepan, then stir in hot coffee and water. Cook on low heat, stirring until sugar and gelatin dissolve. Remove from heat, mix in lemon juice, pour into a 4 1/2 cup mold, and chill until set (6 hours or overnight). Serve chilled with whipped cream.
