Make a fun and delicious confetti cake with Betty Crocker™ Delights Super Moist™ Party Rainbow Chip Cake Mix for a perfect birthday celebration.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Delights Super Moist™ Party Rainbow Chip Cake Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
  • Assorted decorating sprinkles
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans), then generously coat bottoms and sides of 2 (8-inch) round cake pans with cooking spray.
  • Prepare, bake, and allow the cakes to cool according to the instructions for 8-inch round cake pans from the box.
  • Place one cake on a serving plate with the rounded side down. Spread frosting over the cake and top with the second cake rounded side up. Frost the top and sides with the remaining frosting and sprinkle candy sprinkles on top. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
