Indulgent cookie butter cheesecake-filled brownie cups - the perfect fusion of two decadent desserts!
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup cookie butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line 18 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups.
  • Prepare the brownie batter according to the instructions on the box and then set it aside.
  • Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg in a medium bowl. Transfer 1/4 cup of the mixture to a separate bowl and mix in the cookie butter.
  • Spoon brownie batter into muffin cups, filling them about three-fourths full. Dollop each cup with cream cheese mixture and cookie butter mixture, then swirl with a knife.
  • Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean. Allow to cool completely before serving.
