Create adorable, homemade cookie cutter fudge gifts with cellophane bags and pretty ribbons.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Betty Crocker™ white or red decorator icing (in 4.25-ounce tube), if desired
  • Candies, if desired
Instructions:
  • Line a cookie sheet with foil and securely wrap each of six 3x1/2-inch mitten-shaped or simple-shaped cookie cutters with foil. Lightly coat the cookie cutters with cooking spray before placing them on the cookie sheet.
  • Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, milk, and butter in a microwave-safe measuring cup. Microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until chips are nearly melted. Mix in vanilla.
  • Transfer the mixture into cookie cutter molds, filling them to the top. Refrigerate the molds uncovered for approximately 2 hours or until firm. Once set, adorn them with icing and candies for a delightful finish.
  • Peel off foil and delicately unmold the fudge before serving.
