Indulgent mini triple chocolate crumbles - a chocolate lover's dream!
Ingredients:
  • 750g Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, cut into 3cm pieces
  • 20.00 gm caster sugar
  • 500.00 ml frozen mixed berries
  • 8.80 gm vanilla extract
  • 108.90 gm raspberry jam
  • Double cream, to serve
  • 75g butter, chilled, chopped
  • 40.00 ml plain flour
  • 10.00 gm cocoa powder
  • 133g packet original Oreo cookies, roughly crushed
  • 62.50 ml skinless hazelnuts, finely chopped
  • 60g dark chocolate, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan-forced for a perfect bake.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine apple and sugar. Stir well, cover, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 8 minutes until apple just starts to soften. Remove from heat and stir in berries and vanilla to finish.
  • Create the Cookie Crumble Topping by blending butter, flour, and cocoa with your fingers in a bowl. Mix in the cookie, hazelnut, and chocolate until well combined.
  • Divide the apple and berry mixture among 4 1-cup-capacity baking dishes. Top each with a dollop of jam, sprinkle with crumble, and bake for 25 minutes until golden. Let it stand for 5 minutes before serving with cream.
