Corn chips with avocado salsa

Kick off the party with a vibrant platter of corn chips and delicious avocado dip.
Ingredients:
  • 2 Hass avocados, halved, stone removed
  • 3 small red chillies, deseeded, finely chopped
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper
  • 100g corn chips
Instructions:
  • Dice the avocados into small pieces slightly less than 1cm (about 8mm). Combine the diced avocado with the chili and lime juice, gently mixing until fully incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Layer the corn chips elegantly on a platter and generously top each chip with a heaping teaspoon of the flavorful avocado salsa.
