Savor this flavorful and crispy salad for a delightful and effortless meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 baby cos lettuce
  • 75g sugar snap peas, trimmed, blanched
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 42.00 gm orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 113.75 gm olive oil
  • salt and cracked black pepper
Instructions:
  • Quarter 2 baby cos lettuce heads and place them on a large serving plate. Sprinkle 75g of trimmed blanched sugar snap peas and 2 thinly sliced spring onions on top.
  • Whisk 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed orange juice with 1/2 cup of olive oil, then season with salt and cracked black pepper in a bowl.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and enjoy.
