Simple yet rewarding recipe for aspiring chefs: create a delicious and heartwarming tagine mix for a thoughtful gift or cozy winter meal. Easy prep with cooking instructions on jar.
Ingredients:
  • 200 g couscous
  • ½–1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
  • ½–1 teaspoon dried mint
  • ½–1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon sultanas
  • 1 tablespoon shelled pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 4 cardamom pods
  • 1 teaspoon ras-el-hanout (see tip)
Instructions:
  • Choose your desired couscous variation: Cranberry & pistachio or Cardamom & pumpkin seed. Crush the pistachios for the Cranberry & pistachio couscous or crush the cardamom pods for the Cardamom & pumpkin seed couscous. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, season, and spoon into bags or glass jars.
