Indulge in a decadent crab and Cheddar quiche using a store-bought pie crust for an effortless yet luxurious brunch addition.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup crabmeat
  • 1 pinch seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®), or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Combine eggs, creamy mayonnaise, milk, flour, and 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning in a bowl, mix until smooth. Stir in Cheddar cheese and parsley, then gently fold in crabmeat.
  • Pour the flavorful crabmeat filling into the pie crust and generously sprinkle a hint of seafood seasoning over the quiche.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center of the quiche comes out clean and the top is lightly browned.
