Sunday brunch casserole, elegant and delicious.
Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups seasoned croutons
  • 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 pound fresh crabmeat
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a cozy 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) while you give your baking dish a light greasing.
  • Combine eggs, milk, croutons, cheese, onion, and parsley in a large bowl. Gently fold in the crabmeat and season with salt and pepper. Transfer mixture to the baking dish and top with Parmesan cheese before baking.
  • Bake for 1 hour in a preheated oven until a knife inserted into the center of the casserole comes out clean. Serve hot.
