Spicy crab macaroni salad with lemon, celery, and dill. Perfect for a refreshing summer meal served in lettuce cups.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed
  • 0.25 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce (such as Heinz®)
  • 1.5 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 leaves lettuce
Instructions:
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni for 8 minutes until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water until chilled.
  • Combine macaroni, creamy mayonnaise, tender crabmeat, crunchy celery, zesty chili sauce, tangy lemon juice, aromatic dill, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a bowl. Serve the flavorful mixture spooned into crisp lettuce leaves.
