Delicious crab and cheese pinwheels - perfect for any gathering!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.125 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans white crabmeat, drained
  • 1 (17.5 ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg white, beaten
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400°F (200°C) and prepare 2 baking sheets with a touch of grease or parchment paper.
  • Combine Monterey Jack cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onion, garlic, seasoned salt, paprika, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Gently mix in the drained crabmeat.
  • Lay out pastry sheet on a floured surface and brush with some beaten egg white. Spread crab mixture on top, then roll it up like a jelly roll. Slice into 1/2-inch pieces and place them cut-side down on baking sheets. Brush with the rest of the egg white before baking.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
