Cranberry Orange Turkey Flatbread

Easy turkey cranberry flatbread made in 25 minutes with Bisquick®, cranberry, orange, and cheese for a quick and delicious dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/4 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup cranberry-orange crushed fruit (from 12-ounce tub)
  • 1 cup 1/2-inch pieces cooked turkey
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese (4 ounces)
  • Orange peel strips, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 450°F. Mix Bisquick and milk until a soft dough forms, then beat for 30 seconds. If the dough is sticky, gradually add up to 1/4 cup more Bisquick until the dough is easy to handle.
  • On a generously dusted surface with Bisquick, roll the dough to coat it. Shape into a ball and knead 10 times. Pat or roll it on an ungreased cookie sheet into a 12-inch circle. Brush with oil, spread crushed fruit, and sprinkle with turkey and cheese.
  • Bake until golden brown, approximately 10 minutes. Top with orange peel strips and slice into wedges before serving.
