Cream cheese, grilled asparagus and seeds

Ingredients:
  • 4 asparagus spears, trimmed, halved
  • 20.00 gm reduced fat cream cheese
  • 4 Arnott’s Vita-Weat 9 grains crisp breads
  • 2 tsp seed mix with pine nuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat a hot char grill or non-stick pan. Lightly coat asparagus spears with olive oil. Grill for 1-2 minutes per side until tender and lightly charred.
  • Evenly spread the cream cheese on the Arnott’s Vita-Weat 9 grains crispbreads, then top with grilled asparagus and sprinkle with the seed mix. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper before serving.
