Ingredients:
  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 1 cup tomatillo salsa
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
  • 1.5 cups KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese with a Touch of PHILADELPHIA
  • 8 (6 inch) flour tortillas
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine sour cream and salsa until fully combined. Sauté onions and garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Mix in chicken, 1 cup of the sour cream mixture, chiles, and 1/2 cup cheese.
  • Fill each tortilla generously with 1/3 cup of flavorful chicken mixture before rolling them up tightly. Arrange the rolled tortillas seam-side down in a generously coated 13x9-inch baking dish. Finish by topping them with the remaining zesty tomatillo sauce and a generous amount of gooey cheese before covering the dish.
  • Bake until piping hot, about 15 to 20 minutes.
