Indulge in a creamy chicken and potato casserole with green beans - a family favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 1 container (8 oz) chive and onion cream cheese spread
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 2 bags (12 oz each) frozen roasted red potatoes, green beans & rosemary butter sauce
  • 2 cups shredded or cubed cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup Progresso™ plain panko crispy bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 2 1/2-quart baking dish. In a large microwave-safe bowl, heat the cream cheese spread and milk on High for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring halfway, until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Microwave roasted red potatoes and green beans in bags on High for 5 minutes. Mix with cream cheese and chicken.
  • Combine bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl.
  • Place the delectable potato mixture into the baking dish, generously sprinkle with the bread crumb mixture, and bake for 35 to 40 minutes until it reaches a delightful bubbly, golden brown perfection. Allow it to cool for 5 minutes before serving to savor the flavors.
