Indulge in delicious creamy chocolate fudge for the perfect dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 6 cups sugar
  • 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 jars (7 ounces each) marshmallow creme or 1 package (10 1/2 ounces) miniature marshmallows
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 package (12 ounces) white baking chips (2 cups)
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 package (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons baking cocoa
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts, if desired
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 13x9x2 inch rectangular pan by greasing it with butter or lining it with aluminum foil, leaving a 1-inch overhang at 2 opposite sides. In a 6-quart Dutch oven, bring sugar, milk, butter, and cream cheese to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Lower the heat to medium and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the mixture reaches 225° on a candy thermometer, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Add the marshmallow creme and vanilla into the mixture swiftly. Pour 4 cups of the hot marshmallow mixture over the white baking chips in a large bowl and stir to combine. Mix in the milk chocolate chips, semisweet chocolate chips, cocoa, and nuts into the remaining marshmallow mixture.
  • Spread a third of the white mixture into the pan evenly, followed by a third of the chocolate mixture. Repeat this process twice. Use a buttered knife to swirl through the mixtures for a marbled design. Let it cool until set.
  • Chill uncovered for about 3 hours until firm. Cut into 12 by 8 squares using a butter greased knife. Store covered in the fridge.
