Creamy Crab and Red Pepper Spread

Decadent lump crabmeat in a creamy spread with green onions and red peppers, perfect for sophisticated appetizers.
Ingredients:
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced, divided
  • 1 (8 ounce) tub PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
  • 1 (6 ounce) can lump crabmeat, drained
  • 0.5 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 small red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers
Instructions:
  • Set aside 2 tablespoons of onions. Combine the rest of the onions with all other ingredients, excluding crackers.
  • Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Garnish with the onions you set aside earlier and enjoy with some crackers.
