Creamy Alfredo and zesty Italian dressing elevate this quick chicken dish in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
  • 1 cup Alfredo pasta sauce (from 15-oz jar)
Instructions:
  • Flatten chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thickness by gently pounding them smooth side down between plastic wrap using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
  • Combine the dressing and the Alfredo sauce in a small bowl until well blended.
  • Cover the chicken with the sauce in the skillet. Bring it to a boil, then lower the heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
