Creamy slow-cooked chicken over linguine.
Ingredients:
  • 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cubed
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 1 packet dry Italian salad dressing mix (such as Kraft® Zesty Italian)
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can mushroom pieces and stems, drained
Instructions:
  • Add chicken breast pieces to the slow cooker, followed by water and salad dressing mix. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours or more.
  • Use an electric mixer to blend soup, cream cheese, and mushrooms until fully mixed. Add chicken and juices to the slow cooker, cover, and cook for an additional hour.
