Irresistible fruity yogurt jelly for all ages to enjoy!
Ingredients:
  • 85g packet mango jelly crystals
  • 250.00 gm boiling water
  • 250.00 ml fat-free natural yoghurt
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 passionfruit, halved
Instructions:
  • In a heatproof bowl, mix jelly crystals with boiling water, stirring until dissolved. Add 1/2 cup of cold water and stir well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until chilled.
  • In a bowl, blend the yoghurt until smooth. Incorporate the yoghurt into the jelly and whisk until smooth. Divide the mixture evenly among four 1-cup serving glasses. Chill, covered, for 3 to 4 hours until set.
  • Place sliced bananas on top of the dish and generously drizzle with flavorful passionfruit pulp. Present and enjoy.
