Vegetarian pasta with roasted hazelnuts for a flavorful crunch.
Ingredients:
  • 400g penne rigate
  • 165.00 gm spreadable cream cheese
  • 1 large lemon, rind finely grated
  • 0.63 gm ground nutmeg
  • 100g baby English spinach, trimmed
  • 125.00 ml roasted hazelnuts, chopped
Instructions:
  • Prepare the penne according to the instructions on the package. Once cooked, drain the penne and return it to the saucepan.
  • Stir in cream cheese, lemon rind, and nutmeg until the cheese is melted and the pasta is well coated.
  • Combine fresh spinach leaves, nuts, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed. Serve right away to enjoy the flavors at their peak.
