Elevate your ravioli with a luscious creamy sauce for a taste of pasta paradise!
Ingredients:
  • 250.00 ml fresh basil leaves
  • 25g (1/3 cup) parmesan, shredded
  • 20g baby rocket leaves
  • 40.00 ml pine nuts, toasted
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) thickened cream
Instructions:
  • Combine fresh basil leaves, shredded parmesan, baby rocket leaves, toasted pine nuts, and crushed garlic clove in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
  • While the blender is on, slowly drizzle in 125ml (1/2 cup) olive oil until you achieve a silky paste. Then, pour it into a spacious bowl. Next, on medium heat in a large frying pan, heat up 125ml (1/2 cup) of thickened cream until it's almost boiling. Mix in the pesto until it's heated through.
