Savor a deliciously balanced meal with salmon, green beans, and fettuccine.
Ingredients:
  • 500g fettuccine
  • 250g green beans, trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 252.50 gm light thickened cream
  • 8.00 gm brown sugar
  • 2 limes, rind finely grated, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 bunch coriander, chopped
  • 250g can salmon, drained, flaked
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced lime wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • Boil pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions until tender. Toss in beans for the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and return pasta and beans to the pot.
  • Combine cream, sugar, lime rind, 1/4 cup lime juice, garlic, coriander, salmon, and onion with pasta. Toss gently over low heat until fully mixed. Season with salt and pepper and serve with lime wedges.
