Velvety tomato soup with diced tomatoes, onions, and chicken broth, finished with a touch of cream.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (29 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed chicken broth, undiluted
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
Instructions:
  • In a large stock pot, merge the tomatoes, chicken broth, butter, sugar, onion, and baking soda. Cook on medium-high heat until boiling; then, reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.
  • Fold in the luxurious cream, simmer gently until warmed, then present your dish with pride.
