Impress loved ones with decadent creme brulee cheesecake.
Ingredients:
  • 125g ginger nut biscuits, crushed
  • 50g butter, melted
  • 252.50 gm cream
  • 257.50 gm full-cream milk
  • 70g pkt creme brulee mix
  • 125.00 ml brand fresh frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 62.50 ml flaked almonds, toasted
Instructions:
  • Blend biscuits in a food processor until crumbs form. Add butter and pulse until mixture sticks together. Divide into four 1-cup glasses.
  • In a saucepan, heat cream and milk until just boiling. Reduce heat, then add crème brulee mix and whisk for 2 mins until slightly thickened. Cool, pour into glasses, and chill until set, about 1 1/2 hours.
  • Garnish with fresh berries, sliced banana, and toasted almonds.
