Bake our crispy oven-baked chicken for a healthier, delicious meal at home.
Ingredients:
  • 520.00 gm buttermilk
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • 7.50 gm sweet paprika
  • 8 chicken thigh fillets, trimmed, halved
  • 500.00 ml dried multigrain breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp finely grated lemon rind
  • 12.00 gm sesame seeds
  • Salad, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a glass or ceramic bowl, mix buttermilk, coriander, and paprika. Add chicken and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced) and grease a large baking tray. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, oregano, lemon rind, and sesame seeds, then season with salt and pepper. Coat chicken pieces from the buttermilk in the breadcrumb mixture one at a time, then lay them on the tray.
  • Bake until golden and fully cooked, about 30 minutes. Serve alongside a fresh salad.
