Crispy Cabbage and Chicken Wraps

Delicious 10-minute chicken wraps with cabbage and carrots for a quick family meal.
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 lb chicken or turkey breast strips for stir-fry
  • 6 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons mustard-mayonnaise sauce or fat-free mayonnaise
  • 4 fat-free flour tortillas (8 to 10 inch), heated
Instructions:
  • Preheat a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook, stirring often, for about 3 minutes or until it is no longer pink in the center.
  • Add the coleslaw mix and caraway seeds to the pan. Lower the heat to medium, cover, and cook for 3 minutes until the cabbage wilts slightly but remains crisp. Remove from heat and mix in the mustard-mayonnaise sauce until well combined.
  • Evenly distribute mixture down the center of each warm tortilla, then fold the sides over the filling and roll up. Wrap each securely in foil for a convenient on-the-go dinner.
