Whip up a quick and delicious meal in just 20 minutes using frozen chicken nuggets and refrigerated fettuccine!
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (12 oz) frozen southern-style chicken nuggets
  • 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated fettuccine
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen diced tomatoes with Italian herbs, undrained
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and bake chicken nuggets following package instructions.
  • Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain it in a colander. Meanwhile, in the same saucepan, heat the tomatoes and tomato sauce over medium heat until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
  • Combine fettuccine, succulent chicken, and fresh parsley with the rich tomato sauce to create a flavorful coating. Optionally, halve the tender chicken nuggets before adding. Top with a generous sprinkle of cheese for added indulgence.
