Crispy chicken tacos with lime aioli

Whip up quick and tasty chicken tacos with zesty lime aioli and fresh cilantro for a Mexican fiesta in minutes!
Ingredients:
  • Vegetable oil, to shallow-fry
  • 600g pkt Chicken Breast Schnitzels
  • 150g aioli
  • 12 small tortillas
  • 80g cabbage
  • 1 avocado, peeled, stoned, chopped
  • 200g punnet Perino tomatoes, halved
  • 82.50 ml coriander leaves
  • Lime wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, heat the oil until shimmering. Add the chicken and cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and slice thickly.
  • Combine creamy aïoli with zesty lime juice in a small bowl.
  • Set aside half of the aïoli mixture. Spread the remaining aïoli mixture evenly onto the tortillas. Layer cabbage, chicken, avocado, tomato, reserved aïoli mixture, and coriander leaves on top. Serve with lime wedges.
