Omega-3 rich fish: brain-boosting essential!
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml cornflake crumbs
  • 40.00 ml plain flour
  • 1 egg
  • 350g whiting
  • 36.80 gm rice bran oil
  • Mixed salad, to serve
  • Tartare sauce, to serve
Instructions:
  • Spread breadcrumbs on one plate and flour on another. Beat the egg lightly in a shallow dish using a fork.
  • Coat each fish fillet in flour, then egg, and finally crumbs. Place them on a large tray. Repeat this process with the rest of the fillets. For enhanced flavor, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • In a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, sear the fish in batches for 1 minute and 30 seconds on each side until fully cooked. Place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve alongside a refreshing salad and tangy tartare sauce.
