Indulge in crispy salmon fish and chips drizzled with tangy lemon-garlic aioli for a delicious dinner option.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lemon
  • 9.60 gm sea salt
  • 2 fresh salmon portions, skin on
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • 247.50 gm garlic aioli, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel and cut the sweet potato into fries, arrange on a lined baking tray, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt, and bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Massage a generous amount of salt into the skin of the salmon and heat oil in a non-stick frying pan.
  • Sear salmon portions, skin side down, for 2-3 minutes until crispy; flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Serve the salmon alongside crispy fries straight from the oven, accompanied by a zesty lemon and garlic aioli.
