Elevate your ham and cheese sandwiches with a French twist!
Ingredients:
  • 4 slices leg ham
  • 4 thick slices white bread
  • 165.00 ml grated cheese (we used gruyere)
  • 40g unsalted butter
Instructions:
  • Layer the ham evenly on 2 slices of bread, sprinkle with grated gruyere, and cover with the remaining bread slice.
  • In a large frypan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sandwiches and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Serve right away.
