Crostini with goats cheese

Delicious bites bursting with fresh flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 12 slices Italian-style bread or sourdough bread stick
  • 200g goats cheese
  • 2 vine-ripened tomatoes, seeds removed and flesh diced.
  • 40.00 ml basil, roughly chopped
  • 18.20 gm olive oil,
  • salt and pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 170°C. Slice bread into 12 x 1cm-thick slices. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush bread slices with olive oil and toast for 4-5 minutes until crispy. Remove from oven. Combine tomatoes, olive oil, basil, salt, and pepper. Spread goat cheese on each crostini, top with tomato and basil mixture, and enjoy.
