Crunchy and creamy coleslaw with red and green cabbage - perfect side dish!
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
  • 2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots (about 2 medium)
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, sour cream, mustard, pepper, and salt until smooth. Then add the rest of the ingredients and toss to coat.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Mix well before serving.
