Crunchy and vibrant classic coleslaw recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 500g cabbage
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled, grated
  • 1 small brown onion, halved, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp horseradish cream
  • 123.75 gm whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • 23.40 gm dijon mustard
Instructions:
  • Combine cabbage, carrot, and onion in a large bowl, ensuring all ingredients are evenly mixed.
  • Mix the horseradish cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and mustard in a bowl. Incorporate into the cabbage mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Gently toss to combine. Serve.
